I understand the burden of guilt is on the corporation as a whole because they won't hire enough staff and over work their pharmacists. However, I dread coming here because of how long I always have to wait whether I go inside or thru the drive thru. There's only ever one person at a register inside even when there are 10 people in line.
I'm a former CVS pharmacy employee and it's disappointing to see how mismanagement is causing so many issues with people getting their meds. It's a shame

You are unable to talk with the pharmacy, you have to leave a voicemail and wait for them to call you back at their convenience.

So I wait in the drive thru for 30 mins in line while y'all take your time with 1 customer so you can take your lunch. How about take lunch in shifts so that you can serve the rest of your customers? And you wonder why people are pissed off…smh

Any business that allows their property to be this littered, pays to have it mowed by a company that doesn’t pick up litter before they mow, shred it, and contribute to the micro-plastic problem in the environment and throw pebbles at the cars parked in the lot is not worth patronizing!

I have been going to this CVS for many years! I make sure all my meds are sent here. I am a regular customer and live in the neighborhood. I just came from the dentist and was in lots of pain. Put my prescription in, and like always, the pharmacy staff was AWESOME! I was told I could stick around the store for about 20 mins until my order was ready instead of going home and coming back. So I did . I decided to purchase items while waiting. Needed to use their restroom. After asking, I was given the okay. A new staff member named ANGELA made sure I heard her tell a staff member, "Going forward, no more public restrooms." WOW, I wonder how that decision going forward will work! All the gas stations and surrounding stores in Belleville allow the customer to relive themselves in their restrooms. ANGELA definitely took away the warm welcome feeling that the staff first gave me! I decided not to shop and waited in my vehicle until I got the text from Pharmacy that my order was ready. Since she made sure that I heard her, I am making sure she and everyone else here me. 3 STARS ? because of ANGELA'S timing to give an employee an order right in front of me, and the order was because of me needing to use CVS restroom. What she said made me feel NOT WELCOME! ?

Customer service needs some work I've been waiting on the phone for over 15-20 minutes to ask the pharmacist a simple question and I still have not made contact with the pharmacist and then the phonecard drops I am very unhappy ...please care about your sick customers a little more and your reviews might get better
