The tow driver was great, but I feel the tow charge was high, which I had to pay and sign the title to them because the car was a total loss. I wasn’t happy with what I had to pay to because I had to sign the title over to them due to the car being a total loss

Had a tow and needed to ride with. Service was quick, careful and complete. Everything I needed to do was explained over the phone. I am recovering from a knee replacement and the driver took the time to make sure I got in and out of the truck safely, totally over and above. Highly recommend.
