The current 2.9 stars speak for themselves. Avoid this branch, and I’d say avoid Chase all together. Today I closed my business account and will be closing my personal checking and saving next week along with credit cards. They’ll keep u as long as it’s convenient for them.

I expect as a customer of the bank to be able to call the bank. Speak to someone about my issue and get it resolved. I don't expect to go through an automated system. Using different prompts for five minutes. Finally figure out what I have to do to try to speak to someone and then it rings three times and tells me we're too busy. Call back later. That's what I call. Piss poor customer service.

This was the worst banking experience of my life when I walk in and spoke with the teller I feat like I was in the twilight zone the way she look at me was as if to say how dare you cone in here with a appointment I am not sure what her problem was but i did not like it where did they get these rude and lazy people from whoever the branch manager is they need to be fire so finally this man teller comes up and ask me what I wanted as if he was doing me a favor he also had this disgusting look on his face so he looks my account up and I was so upset by the way he was talking to me that I told him that I don't like the way he wastalking to me and left so yes I wasted my time I have a very busy life and could have been doing something else now I got to take time out of my busy schedule and go to another branch and he was happy I am so sure of it because he just didn't want to do any paperwork this branch needs to be close I wish I would have read the reviews before I went here never again don't waste your time here all I was trying to do was close a estate account that's it

2023-12-21 - 5 StarsAs always the staff at this location are always pleasant. Was greeted as we walked in and headed to teller as there were no other customers inline. Able to do the transactions without issues. Picked up a copy of the Independent and was greeted as we left.

A while back I went in and asked to open an account. They told me to do it online. They could have had a new customer had they helped me. When I tried online it wouldn’t work. Why do banks see you walk in and tell you to go do it online. They weren’t even busy.

Drive up sucks been sitting here since 3.58pm now 4.07 pm and haven't moved. Manager appears to be standing inside justarms back and forth and not helping get line i sidemoved out faster, now 4.12pm and haven't moved,at 4.18pm.finally went inside

Worst business experience I have ever had. I have been banking with chase since 2012. Today I had an appointment to open second business account. I waiting over 20 minutes for scheduled appointment no one knowledge me or asked me if I needed help. Before leaving I told the cashier to have the banker call me to reschedule Due to the other appointments I had set I couldn’t wait any longer. There were other customers that were there before me who also didn’t get any help. This location needs to find different ways to service its customers and potential customers more efficiently. I called my contact at Huntington bank and open my account there.

I have been in this branch on 3 separate occasions, and that lousy bank manager told me they can't help me with any problem I had. I know better.The line is back up to the door and he will not help his employees. Replace this guy please.

I used to like this location few years ago but after the changed the business banker I stopped going there. I think he is unfriendly and lack great communications customer service skills. I prefer the one on Whittaker , Ypsilanti township and I think the Belleville location deserves better and more knowledgeble business bankers.
