I was very pleased with the tri-fuel conversion kit for my portable gas generator. Installation was easy and when I contacted Century after about getting a different brass fitting that would work a little better they sent it right away. Customer service was great on all points and I would highly recommend them.

Great customer service. I ordered a conversion kit and it was missing one piece. I called them and without any issues sent it to me. I also had to sent my regulator in to have it recalibrated for my gas pressure. They resolved this quickly and they only asked that I pay the shipping. The products work as described and again awesome customer service. I highly recommend them.

Customer service is not very good after the sale... I ordered a upgrade kit for my forklift and kit arrived on time and as described however, some parts are different due to it being an upgrade. BUT, there are no clear install instructions, no videos and no one over there seems like they want to help after the sale. Talked to a sales rep and explained I had 2 different reputable forklift mechanics come by my shop and both said they cannot install it and the salesman told me that they must now know anything worth a S****** WOW, great customer service guys... Stay clear of this company.. I am returning mine this week...

Honestly the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Especially Harry who doesn't pay attention nor care what the customers have to say.
