What’s the point of making an appt?!?!
My appt was 11am. Over 2 HOURS later, my vehicle hasn’t even moved!

They said you are next up right after I checked in but they didn’t took the car in for almost 3 hours , while most of there employees where wounding around in store what to do . Bad manager or management from top who took my car in . Very disappointing place as Belltire Bellville MI not recommended

The belle tire on belleville rd belleville mi. Is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! The customer service is the worst you will get! If you need anything done in under five hours to the entire work DAY? DO NOT go to this location !!! I have horrible experiences on multiple occasions. I should have turned right around the day I purchased from that HORRIBLE place!

I had nothing but bad experiences with this location. From me making an appointment and waiting for 2 hours just to be told my tires weren’t in and could I come back another time, to telling me they did a brake inspection and they were fine, only to find out for myself that 2 of my calipers were froze. But, ever since Mike has been there I have had nothing but good experiences with them now. He acts genuinely concerned with my needs and issues. Even when he delivers bad news you can’t get mad at him because, once again, he explains the issue and gives you options, rather than trying to pressure you into buying new tires. And he always have a professionalism about him. And he talks to you rather than at you. If I was CEO of Belle Tire I would promote him to a position to train those employees with not so good people skills on how to deal with customers. Goodness knows there are quite a few people in the sales department who would definitely benefit greatly from it. I should know because I wanted to snatch a few of them across the desk and teach them a lesson on manners.

First time I stop here in 6 years in belleville. 1 Get free air sometimes.. I figure out by 2 new tires from here. I start a question about the four wheel. Alignment I'm in only taking 15 minutes for a 150 bucks. And then I come out looking at my tire. And one of my ram was scratched to how and they said I hit a curb. No ? I would never go here again first time last time.

My car had to be towed here. Justina was so helpful and patient with all my questions and calls as we had to move my car to a collision shop instead. Great customer service.

Had to take my car to this location as it broke nearby. They installed new tires and since then I have been going to them twice every week with a low tire pressure issue on the same wheel. Every time there is something new that I am told to be replaced. Not happy with the service.

Went in for a Uber/Lyft Inspection asked how much and they charged $25 for each which I didn't know until I got there but then stated "I can't pass it until you get windshield wipers & if I get wipers and bring it back I would have to repay for inspection" $30 wipers ea wiper was a rip off and terrible.... NEVER take your car here for inspection... maybe just tires & free air ??♂️

I would like to give a huge shout out for this location itself. This a wonderfully operated store and I will not go anywhere else. Specifically, I would like to acknowledge Michael for his professionalism, his general knowledge base, and his empathetic demeanor when dealing with the customers! If this man could get a promotion, he should!
