Mike was super patient and helpful. He went above and beyond and he did good best to make a stressful situation a lot easier. He told us we needed new spark plugs and told us how to replace them, but, if you need new spark plugs you should absolutely pay a professional. We learned the hard way ðŸ˜

I had to go to AutoZone to get a help with my issues with my lights.. Kimberly was absolutely amazing she helped me get the right light bulbs and she also help me fix both sides because one was brighter than the other.. she was absolutely amazing and she also helped me with getting flex tape for fixing my front bumper you need more people like her working for you... We've always received great help when it comes to AutoZone but I really really appreciate it everything Kim did for me... She was so kind and so helpful.,

I came here last week, and Mike went above and beyond to help me. When I got home, I realized I needed a different part, and he was there to take my call and assist me again the very next day! He tried everything in his power to get me set up with what I needed. Although they didn’t have the part I was looking for, I’ll 100% be back to work with Mike. Outstanding service!

Went here after a horrible experience down the road at O'Reilly. Had excellent service got me in and out half the time O'Reilly originally told me they'd be (and ended up leaving after double that). Will definitely be back here for my Automotive needs.

Was looking for a battery terminal. The guy working there took me to the fuse section (wrong section), after I corrected him, he pointed where the battery terminals were. They were blocked off with cones and tape. He said that’s where they are but they’re mopping. I asked what that meant and he said they’re mopping. I went to Oreilly, I guess I was the 4th to storm out that day. This place should go out of business.

I bought a pair of wiper blades and the blades where smearing my window and I called AutoZone I told them what happened and they gave me a different pair. They also installed them thank you! :)
