Going car shopping is never a cake walk, but thanks to Chris Roger's and the folks at Atchinson Ford, it was made as easy as possible.
From finding the vehicle I was interested in online, to applying to purchase it, the website was easy to use and I heard back from the dealers immediately after my application.
The car I was interested in was sold the day I applied for it and Chris got a hold of me to tell me as such, my interest was solely on a four door family sedan, so Chris with this info in mind kept an eye out for the next available vehicle that was in my price range
My appointment to see the car he found for me was set for 1pm, when I arrived I was immediately greeted by the staff in the dealership with welcomes and enthusiasm, the car I had chosen was parked out front and Chris was prompt and efficient to get us into it and out on the road for a test drive, upon my return to the dealership I got to sit down with Chris and answer a handful of quick questions, after those it was smooth sailing, during the finalization of my purchase Chris took my new car around back to the detailing shop to get a final wash and clean, and while that was happening he went next door to complete all the state papers to get me my new license plate and tags so I wouldn't have paper plates or a wait for delivery.
From hello at 1 in the afternoon to goodbye at 3:30pm, the experience with Chris at Atchinson Ford was a stellar time and I left completely blown away with how fast and comfortable the whole ordeal was, and now I am the happy owner of a "new to me" 2020 Ford Fusion

I found a used bronco on their website that I wanted to check out. I got in contact with Chris Rogers and he answered all of my questions, helped with a test drive, and ultimately purchasing the vehicle. He was incredibly friendly, answered all my questions, and made the purchasing process a breeze. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

So far have leased one vehicle from Team Kelly and have another on order.
No games, no high pressure sales tactics.
The only minor gripe (and this might be a Ford thing) is the inability to schedule recall service online.

I leased my very first F150 Ford truck from Shawn Reid last week. I don’t normally like to deal with sales people but when dealing with Shawn; he made me feel comfortable and I felt he was looking out for my best interest. Shawn took his time to explain every detail of the truck and showed me how everything worked being that I’m not tech savvy.
