Been here for less than a year, but already I can see the improvements happening. This park was kind of on the older side with the state of the homes but a lot have been replaced with newer homes.
For what it is, the cost is affordable. You would play the same for what amounts to a 1 bedroom garden apartment in gr.
The roads need work, but there is already a plan in action to get that addressed.
Overall my family and I are very happy with the community, location, and experience so far

This place would be fairly nice if they fixed the roads they are terrible and have been that way for 3 years this place is ran by crooks they will start eviction 5 days after the 1st of the month serve you the notice and then tell you they cancelled the appearance so they get a default judgement avoid this place if you can the roads are terrible. the sewer system is a mess made a family member wait a month for a clogged sewer outside the trailer. it is over priced at best and provides no service at all pick anywhere else and you will be better off

We tried to get into this park. We worked with them for 5 mo. They took our application money and even gave us a lot number. They kept giving us excuses. They would ask for the same information over and over. They would tell us they would call us back or meet with us but they never called and didn't show up for meetings. They wouldn't give me a set of rules until they moved the trailer in. Then another month later they said they didn't have a place for us.

This is one of the best parks I have been in EVER! Management is on the ball, they run a tight ship, which improves the daily lives of all who live here. Katti has really improved the property, and many of the homes. She makes a fun, and compassionate environment for all to grow in. She genuinely cares about her residents, and their homes. I recommend Wellington as your next stop on the hunt for HOME!

Just rode through the park on my bicycle with a trailer with tool's to repair a lawn tractor. Was calm quiet and nice. I rode through almost the whole park. Clean, quiet , and seems to be better than expected. Was here visiting 20 years ago. Looking better now. Cleaner and just calm. Was not expecting that. Actually better than years ago. Felt more comfortable and safe.

I don't live here, so I don't have an opinion about services or service. I did visit someone who does live here. With that said, what I do have opinions on is that this place is middle to low in visual appearance. The roads, though the whole park, are in low repair with potholes or partially repaired potholes that can jar your teeth out. I give it a low rating for these reasons.

I'm so happy Katie and Brittany are managing the park now. Since the new owners have taken over the park does more family events and community involvement has gotten so much better. Even though lot rent has gone up a little, it's nice to actually see results and repairs going on around here! I don't mind paying a little extra when I can see it being put to use. Over all my family and I are so glad the park is under new management.

I lived in this park on & off since 1987. I drove thru here yesterday thinking about possibly moving back to Belding & this park. I was very disappointed in the way this park has gone downhill compared to years past. It’s not maintained well and a lot of the trailers are pretty rickety too with junk sitting all over &high grass.
