My daughter in law rented one of their units and the one they gave her didn't lock so the owner moved her to a different unit after he cleaned out the contents of that one. She was paid up till the 16 of Nov 2020. She was at her storage on Monday 11/9/20 and on Tuesday 11/10/20. When she went to her storage on Thursday 11/12/20. The lock was cut off and all her stuff was gone. She has tried to call the owners but only gets an answering machine. She also called the cops and made a complaint. She wants all her stuff back. There was alot of pictures, baby books and other special stuff that was made for her from someone very special to her. The video cameras need to be looked at throughout this whole week to see what has happened.
