One of the worst customer service ive seen yet. Dropped a boat off beginning of August to have work done on an outboard, wastold it shouldn't take long to have it done,and would be done before laborday. It's now the second week of September,no boat and no calls to keep informed on what's going on. I've tried multiple times to call and only get the voicemail. No call backs..One star is 2 too many..Update: Lakeside/ Greg (owner) has reached out and contacted me on the issue at hand. Greg has also informed his employe Thomas to do the same on to what the issues were and when I can expect to have the boat back. (Thomas has done just that).

When we purchased the dock everyone was very helpful and responsive. The problem is getting them to come out and put the dock back in the water. We asked to be put on the schedule in April for may installation. 5 weeks later, no dock for memorial weekend. I have $16000 worth of dock sitting in my yard with all of my friends and family up to the lake for the weekend. Can't get my boat as there is nothing to tie it to. Oh and if they don't pull it in and out every year it voids the warranty. Pretty poor service once they get your initial money.

Ashley Judd was awesome to work with .I stopped in to see if they had any used pontoons for sale . Ashley took down my information about want I was looking for and 3 days later on a Friday she called me with just want I wanted . Then she stayed late on that same day so we could see the pontoon . She worked on the weekend texting me answers to all my questions. I would definitely deal with Ashely again she works hard to get you your answer and she knows a lot about boats . Thanks

Don't go here if you actually want anything fixed proper. Was totally screwed over by Greg. All he seems to know is drinking beer in front of customers with his employees. My husband was screwed over when he took his boat motor to be repaired when we picked it up went directly into the lake to use wouldn't start and Greg was not too far away he ended up saying you need to buy a new motor after taking my husband. Bad deceptive shady and a cheat run far away from this place.

Canceled an order 3 months ago and still haven’t gotten my refund. Got my refund but not until I posted a review. I have problems with them a few years ago so I will not do business with them again. It’s a shame you don’t get any action from them unless you make a bad review.

Solid inventory of boat/pontoon hoist parts. Desk staff very knowledgeable and can translate consumer references to "the round-black thingy on the side" into a part#.

Lakeside has performed work for me in the past and I have purchased many products that they sell including docks and jet ski lifts. Recently they picked up a large 5,000 lb Tri-Toon lift with 26 ft cover I purchased and transported it 30 miles and installed it at my lakefront. They did an excellent job. I purchased the lift on a Sunday and when I returned on Friday the lift was in with my pontoon on it and perfectly level. Very happy. A few years ago they also removed and transported an old lift I had at my lakefront and took it back to there shop and sold it for me. The sales commission was very reasonable considering they picked it up and transported it.

We purchased a new dock a month ago and love it. Ashley was very helpful and knowledgeable. Another dealer was a little closer to home and we decided to make the drive to Lakeside Services because of the outstanding customer service and better pricing.

We have bought 13 sections of dock, dock lights and bumpers from Lakeside Services. We love the dock! We also bought a solar power boat lift mechanism last summer. It has a two year warranty. Mounting brackets broke. After all the stuff we have bought from them they were going to charge us a service call to come out to fix it. Will not buy another thing from them.

Lakeside has been taking care of our hoist and dock for some years now and we've always been pleased with their service. We purchased our hoist from them and it was delivered promptly. They even came back out quickly to reposition it when lake level was down. Our new dock was installed quickly this year even with the flooding, dams and virus. These are good people to work with.

Bought a tritoon on Saturday worked with Dillon very pleasant, the storage areas were full of 7 to 10 nice life vests, tackle, spotlight, bumpers, 2 ski ropes, 2 sand tie off posts, 2 anchors, tie off ropes to deck with clips, fishing net, footballs, frisbees, water gun and noodles. Then some odds and ends, off spray sun screen etc.We asked Dillon 3 times does all the stuff in the storage areas go with it, he said 3 times yes definitely all 3 times. 100%When it was delivered NOTHING was in any of the storage units, when we called Dillon back he said the owner must have come cleaned it out before they delivered it.Plus the cover post was missing, Dillon called owner said must be in garage if not in boat. She would make sure we got it.When we called Dillon about missing items he said make list and he would make it right and he had cover post.So we drove 100 miles back to the marina to get post and get things “made right”. We got cheapest tow rope, no hooks, 1 sand tie off post, 1 anchor, tried to give us a box of cheap life jackets in which the owners name was written on top (?), so no life jackets/ vests were given, 2 New cover post and one “original” post that doesn’t even work. Wouldn’t give any life vests too expensive.Dillon promised to contact buyer to see if they knew where stuff went and if it can be returned and given to us as agreed upon when we purchased the tritoon.Plus was told tritoon would be washed upsome, not done asked to have oil change we would pay for it, as tag said last oil change was in November 2018. That also was not done.Extremely disappointed in this whole situation. Thought Dillon was very friendly, knowledgable when we purchased the boat. We have yet to see the closure to this whole mess and we can write another review with excellent rating,For now just very disappointed. Honesty is the best quality a business can have.

Not very happy with the way they handled putting my pontoon in. Poor service left my pontoon at roosters over night when they were supposed to go pick it up because it would not run.
