James, Bob and their crew always do a fantastic job. I hit a deer late last fall. The repairs took more time than normal because of supply chain issues with parts. They even had me pick up my truck and drive it without the manufacturers emblem due to them not being available until March. When they got the emblem in, they had me come back and installed it with no problems. The repairs are done correctly. I have yet to take a vehicle back to them because of something they did wrong.Service: Body & Trim

Well let's see where to start... I have been on both ends here to be exact!!! If you have the right last name you get outta there with correct and cheap payment. But then they discriminate against the likes of my , myself disowned family name... You will pay top dollar along with having damages to your vehicle if towed via police

They are honest, helpful, and do quality work. I have had High Caliber fix several issues from deer impact to rusty door panels and I have always been happy with the quality and speed of the job.

they charged me over $380 to tow my car from right off the expressway exit in town to abc auto on knox road. two weeks later my dad broke down and they charged him less than $200 to come all the way out to albright shores and take his truck to midland. scammed me because i’m a girl. would never take my business here or recommend that anyone goes here
