I have always had excellent service while there last time they gave me the wrong ball joint and when I returned them the right ones were about 60 dollars more well they exchanged them even up

Went it to ask for wheelbearing parts. Never had an issue before. But today the worker was a disrespectful AH. We will not use their store ever again. (To the worker: You are in customer service. We asked for help. We asked for parts and you made it clear that you didn't want to do your job. Find somewhere else to work if you hate it that much.)

Tommy was amazing!!!!!! My son had a road test and we didn't realize we had a break light out. He helped us out and wished him luck! Great guy! It's a great place to go!

I'm a good mechanic, but on this day. I learned something new about electric. I was using a 15 amp push starter switch and I didn't know why it was burning it out. Napa man said to low 15 amp and hand me a 75 amp with 35 amp breaker fuse to go with the switch. Lets more power pass and starting faster. Thank you very much. Signed sincerely Wendell Wyatt Petters.
