Today, our car malfunctioned in a busy intersection. We called 911 and AAA. The 911 dispatch person connected us with State wide towing. The owner came out. He was awesome! He actually diagnosed the problem, so we didn't even need the tow!! (AAA did nothing and charged us $50 and l have a membership!) State Wide fixed the problem, didn'tneed to tow us, didn't charge us anything and then drove near us for the next 10 miles to make sure everything was ok. I would recommend THIS company to anyone needing a tow!!!

Outstanding professional service. Hit a deer on 115 Sunday afternoon, totaled our car. Dillon arrived with tow truck and stayed with us through the entire process helping us navigate the system of what to do. He transported us to Crystal Mountain to meet a friend and then went out of his way to meet us at the impound lit the next day. Could have asked for a kinder and more professional person. The entire company over the top.

We were stranded with our disabled car in Bear Lake and Statewide agreed to tow the car to a nearby repair shop. Before towing, the driver tried to reposition our car and discovered that it would operate. He offered to follow us to the repair shop in case we needed further assistance. We made it without needing an actual tow, so there was no charge. The driver didn't even stick around for a well-deserved tip! Thank you so much for your help!Service: Car towing

We got stuck in a sand bank on a curb and 2 of your tow guys did an amazing job getting us out. They were good problem solvers and got us out with no damage to our vehicle. They were respectful of concerns. Great job!!

John and his team are amazing at what they do. This isn’t just a tow company; they care about us as a community. I was in a deer-car collision in Traverse. Alright buckle up!My girlfriend and i broke down about 35 minutes north in the peninsula north of traverse city! Finally statewide towing and recovery came to be my saviors! Driving over an hour and a half just to come to my rescue! The only company willing to make the trip at 2am and truly my first call if anything ever goes south from here on out.Brian came and scooped us up, kept us warm, had an amazing and funny conversation for the half hour drive to the shop. AND THEN gave us a ride to my girlfriends vehicle that was parked at meijer, which he did not have to do but was kind enough to help us out.Don’t second guess this company, call them now.

Highly recommend! It was later at night when I was towed and I was really impressed with how friendly and helpful the driver was. Top notch service.
