Severely disappointed with Krista in the billing department at Blarney. Absolutely horrible communication skills, double charged us for a service they provided and made mistakes on, disrespectful and unprofessional during phone calls when attempting to correct the issue and more recently, no return phone call. All of this and the poor service that destroyed our yard. Highly recommend seeking services elsewhere.

Every employee from gas station attendeds to truck drivers are miserable. I have/had several family and friends work there and hate it. On several occasions ive known of women being over looked for lesser qualified male applicants. They demand employees to go above and beyond with no compensations for their talents. They employee a drunk as a frankfort manager. Ive been a customer for 30 plus years and grew up knowing the McCarthy family and even had them as teachers in high school. I use to admire them and think of them as honorable folks. Now seeing how they have let the company fall to this pathetic excuse of customer service is a disgrace. I was even recently yelled at by a transgender person at their bc2 location for being a bigot...I barely walked into the store let alone spoke to anyone yet. Im done good luck McCarthys your silver spoons are tarnished.

EZ Mart on the corner of 131 and 32 is discussing. I stop her like twice a week. Filthist place I have ever been in! No one knows how to wash windows or clean a bathroom. Same garbage is on windows and floors EVERY visit. I do not buy anything in this store for fear of catching something! Shame on area supervisor! Whoever you are! And shame on store manager for not taking more pride in your store!

Store is very clean and customer service is a A++. Went in on a Monday morning and greeted by a very cheerful and kind young man by the name of Aaron. Love seeing diversity and new cheerful faces at your gas station. Please tell Aaron to keep up the good work and the smile on his face. More businesses need employees like him!

Worked with this company for a long time only to be wrongfully terminated due to a co worker who is also a known felon who still has a job! Good job blarney get rid of some one who took pride in her store and job only to be slapped in the face also you need to watch your district manager who obviously lied and kept the wrong employee!!

Was terminated for allegedly violating policy without evidence or investigation. When I tried to appeal (company policy is 30 days) I have received no response over 3 months. Instead they defamed and slandered me in my community by claiming I became "unhinged and threatening" (I said I was taking legal action) refuse to communicate with me in any way, called the police, filed a "no trespass" that includes my being arrested if I continue to pursue. When I pointed out other employees had been seen by myself violating this same policy, they were not reprimanded or corrected. This is discrimination.The CEO Bill McCarthy, the HR Manager Mike Frost, and the district manager of my area Roxanne Johnson all refused to respond to my protests and appeals.Roxanne Johnson then proceeded to make my address and personal phone number available to the public, a direct violation of policy, yet she continues to be employed.I also know they violated state law by selling alcoholic beverages before noon on christmas day. Several locations, several employees. These employees still have their jobs and these violations were not reported to the Regulatory Commission for Age Restricted Items in the hopes of avoiding fines and License forfeiture.Do we really want a discriminatory company, that defames and slanders their employees, who would rather "hope a problem goes away" by ignoring it, and would rather block the ability of the employee to appeal or even be heard, than communicate, and violate laws while trying to sweep them under the rug, operating here in West Michigan?A disgruntled ex-employee can easily devolve into a mental state that pushes them to harm themselves or others.Apparently CEO Bill McCarthy does not care for the mental and physical health of the individuals in his community.#Blarneycastle, #employeerights #fairtreatment, #blarneycastleoilco, #employeefairnessact, #bringittolight, #policyviolation, #wrongfullyaccused, #discrimination, #slander, #libel, #accountability, #puremichigan, #unemploymentfraud, #unemployment, #terminated, #fired, #unfairtreatment, #corporateimmunity

I stood up to a manager and resigned at Blarney Castle and was also hit with a No Trespass and Slander. I am honestly surprised someone else had this happen.

Always the highest gas prices in this Northern Michigan town (Cheboygan). They raised prices $.21 just in time for Christmas. Have you noticed how many stores on Main Street are out of business in this depressed town? Merry Christmas Cheboygan. This is your gift from this company

After 18 years with Blarney, their service and customer friendliness sucks. They not only let our tank run dry TWICE this past winter (we are on auto fill) but also will not stand by a leak in their tank which costs us at least $200 or more. Bad company policy and lousy service.

You people really need help in management. Interlochen EZ Mart is a disgusting joke now. You start selling alcohol there, fire the manager & have a credit card system that does not work. I stood in 3 lines for 20 minutes this morning. You only have 2 registers. Why did I stand in 3 lines? Because one register crashed from a credit card, the next one crashed from a credit card & after being 2nd in line I was pushed back to 3rd & then 4th! Shawn Grey should be fired. Not the people who keep your store running. You McCarthy folks really need to get it together.
