“The menu was great - lots of fish, steak and veggie options. Everything we had was great - great sirloin, shrimp risotto, green beans and walleye with roasted vegetable risotto and a strawberry and watermelon salad - so good!”

“Gem of a Best Western. Super close to a couple great ski areas. Service was professional, and friendly. Rooms were really nice, clean, and with a great shower. The cleanest hotel pool, pool area, and hot tub I've ever experienced. Small complaint... I enjoy when hotels have a self service continental breakfast. You get to eat in peace, and do your own thing. The continental breakfast at this hotel is run by two women, though well meaning, are overtly seeking tips. They prime the pump by leaving a five dollar bill as a recommended tip on the counter, before they open at 6:00 am.. (I know this to be the case, as I was first one in the breakfast area two consecutive mornings.) This hotel is too nice to be nudging customers into tipping at your free continental breakfast. Consumers have grown tired of everyone expecting a tip. The five dollar bill being placed out every morning is off putting. Otherwise.... Great hotel experience.”
“They have a great selection of breakfast sandwiches and biscuits and gravy. The employees are great and professional. The location is perfect. The balcony views are great and the beds are very comfortable. Rooms are a bit outdated but they are redoing other rooms during my stay.”
