I have bought all of my fine jewelry from here and the staff is absolutely amazing!!! They helped my husband, at the time, pick out my engagement ring that I absolutely adore with my tastes in mind! They truly get to know their customers and look for the best deals for them. They don’t pressure you into a sale and give you all of your options! I will continue to get my jewelry from them!!

I stopped in to get a quote on a repair for my wedding ring and was given a receipt with the quoted price of $116 and an additional $33 for a missing small diamond. They called to get the go ahead on the repair but then told me the total would be over $500. I stopped in to Quality Jewelers to get a quote for the same exact repairs and the 1 small diamond and was told they would only charge $120 for everything. I felt scammed when they wanted to charge me $400 more then they originally stated on the receipt. So glad I got a second opinion

Never wasting my money at this store again. They had 2 months to get together a gift and failed miserably, and then try to sell me garbage. And then the manager didn't even talk to us. Or want to resolve the situation? Bad leadership in that store bay city, michigan, take your money somewhere else because they can't handle it

I was welcomed immediately and was asked how I could be assisted. After sharing that having a missing diamond the prong is to be fixed too. I feel that the interaction and customer service given from the team today was great. Stop in and see what they have, take a repair in.....

Stopped in today to look at gold necklaces. There was a nice young lady working who greeted me and there was another slightly older woman who introduced herself and stated that she and the other girl work as a partnership. Then she told me that I wouldn't be so sticker shocked at the prices if Trumps tariffs on Italy werent so strenuous. I looked at her and thought about engaging, but just looked at the younger worker and said good bye and good luck.
I knew what I was looking for, and the price was expected when she told me. I was about to purchase this necklace. I have good credit and was prepared to buy it simply for the 0% zales card interrest. That lady really blew it for the younger workers paycheck. Ill go to Saginaw where the lady told me to go from now on. What a lousy salesperson.
