I have lived here for about 5 yrs now. I didn't VISIT the place. Get your facts straight, and I have the receipts to prove it & I don't live at a motel. I Am a County Worker of Bay County MI.

Management is negligent and rude. I have lived here for a little under half a year now. I have had extremely high water bills due to poor maintenance on my home. The company has deducted from these bills multiple times admitting they are not true reflections. This month I asked to see my water usage because they had stated previously the meters were not reading and still are not. I posed the question of how they are charging me what they are if they can’t read the meters and I was met with rudeness and hostility from Tami. I highly advise against living here they will scam you with your water bills and will become extremely rude and defensive when you ask simple inquiries of charges. I also still have not received my microwave in my unit and I have been here for about 5 months. I have had to take it upon myself to reach out to the home office of the owners because Tami is extremely rude and non helpful in situations. I thought I was moving into a great revamped community… definitely did not. Also the units are poorly made and maintained on my first day of move in there was holes in the walls and trimming inside of the home that were all poorly placed and I was told I the tenant wouldn’t be held liable for the trim because they have issues in multiple if not all units with the trim the houses are cheap material. DO NOT LIVE HERE

I have to say, I've been around and I have had good management and bad management as far as landlords go, but at West Shore Estates it fantastic. The home I rent gas all new appliances and it's just has a good new fresh vibe to the home and area we share at the Estates. Manager Tami is Very Professional and a great person who will meet any need or questions you may have. We've been here 3 months going on 4 and I've really been at home.

It's a very calm place when I'm around. Very clean and there is a playground. I didn't expect it to be this nice.
