My experience yesterday was terrible. Scripts take far to long to fill. They expect you to call the doctor if they have questions.The pharmacy tech was so rude.

This is the best pharmacy I've ever used. I constantly get my diabetic meds/supplies here and the staff are always super pleasant and friendly! I really haven't had an issue - I always use the app for refills and, aside from the app glitching out (Walmart's fault, not the staff's), I've had no problems. If anything, I've noticed that some of the customers are unfairly rude to the staff. Being a new diabetic has been scary but the friendly pharmacy people here are so nice and it helps tremendously.

The staff at the Wilder rd. Walmart is beyond compare. They are always looking out for the customer. Professionalism, Courteous, Knowledgeable and Friendly. If I have questions, they have answers.

This is the second time in a row we have struggled to get a prescription filled. This time eye drops for a surgery on Monday were called by doctor's office the Thursday before. Arrived to get prescription and was given only one of the two called. No explanation. Doctors office called Walmart again on Friday morning then notified us. I called that afternoon to make sure it was filled. No prescription on their record. Doctors office called again Friday. Arrived to pick up script Saturday. Not filled yet (after waiting in line 15 minutes- common occurrence). Went in again on Sunday 2pm. Told at door that Pharmacy was closed for lunch until 2:00 ??!!??? Waited until 2pm. Told “we are out of that eye drop”. Evidently they aren’t competed enough to call on Friday to tell us they were out. Better to wait two days and let us make yet another trip. Then we were told to wait while they called Rite Aid to see if they had it. After another 20 minute wait I went up to counter snd told them to forget it since filling a prescription is beyond their capabilities. We’ll wait until surgery day and have the doctor call a real Pharmacy and we’ll pick it up on our way home. What a joke.

I CONSTANTLY have issues with them filling my prescriptions or requesting refills from my doctor. Once, they left me without any of my prescriptions for a month, because my doctors office "wouldn't respond," yet someone else told me nobody sent a request over. NOBODY is ever on the same page and they seem to only tell you what sounds good when there is an issue. Today, I was waiting in line for over 15 minutes as other people there were being called up. I am the last person in line and I get to the front of the line and they HAD to close for lunch, yet were still assisting others. I was in line well before they had to leave at 2:30 for their lunch. I had to leave without a very important prescription and still have to drive back to get it. After a year of this unchanging nonsense, I decided to switch pharmacies for my entire family.

So far so good. We're very willing to help me to switch to them, and they called me back immediately after they called the pharmacy i went to prior.
