Been fighting a billing charge for 2 months So I go to this “corp” store for help. They say they can,t help either. So I ask for the information on who to contact to take the issue to court and their response was “I have threatened them with litigation and I need to leave the store immediately .” I repeated I need the info who to address the issue with legally and the store manager told me to Goggle search it.

Clearly lack an understanding of the specifics of the service they offer and the promotions available. Ended up having to deal with the customer service phone line who had to undo many of the mistakes the in store staff made. Was also made aware of a better upgrade deal from customer service that was never mentioned when I visited the store

Waited for over 2 hours to be told to call tech support. They could have told me that when I first got there. Instead, I asked if it was a tech issue or could be fixed there and they said they could fix it there and it would be a simple fix. There was no sense of urgency. The customers were slow and the workers were slow. Everyone seemed like they were just socializing. Nothing was getting done. There was probably 7 workers helping the same five customers for over 2 hours. When I got there, I was the next in que and there was not many people in the store so I thought the wait wouldn't be too long. About 10 people came into the store and left because of the wait.

One star because the associate, Deja, knew her stuff. She was very friendly. The black Friday sale says trade ins on any phone, any condition. Our Galaxy 21 did not qualify as it had a broken screen. As far as I'm concerned that's false advertising.

Waited 30 minutes for store to open only to be told they wouldn’t help me with my account. “We’re a sales store”. I have never had another Verizon store tell me they couldn’t go over my account with me - they had made some changes I did not want. She kept telling me to go online or call. Pushed a phone number at me. TERRIBLE service / will never use this store again. The one on Saginaw provided good helpful customer service.

All smoke and mirrors - as soon as there is an actual issue they just give you the customer care number and say to call that number. That is such an obvious diversionary tactic to get people out of the store - and it is quite a demeaning way to treat customers.

Had an issue with my brand new iPhone 15 Pro Max that the online agents messed up for me. They sat with me from 5:30PM to after close to help me resolve my issue. Good people.

Be ready to wait a long time to get help. Most times, they say goto Bay City . Because all they can do is sell phones.
