Dropped off an Amazon return without label , the service man basically shoved me out of the way claiming he knew about the return when I explained there was 2 returns with 1 label. One of the returns never made it to Amazon's return center. I'm pretty sure it ended up in the man's home.

Most of the time they do ok, however, trying to return some things from Amazon I had printed the exact instructions, and when I went in they said that there had already been a lable created for this return, and basically they couldn't do anything. I called them once I was back at my office and had my computer, and basically the young man's best advice was either contact Amazon or I can try selling whatever it is on my own. I will do whatever I can to not use this location again.

Just about the most unprofessional ups store I have been to. The older blonde lady was whipping rubber bands and almost hit me in the head, unacceptable behavior by the staff

Every time I come into the UPS STORE, the Staff is smiling, welcoming, and happy to help their customers! My phone was dying one time going in, and they let me use the charger so I could complete my transaction. The employees are patient as well as everyone standing in line, so they must move pretty quickly in the peoples experience not to get aggravated during wait times. Costs are affordable even free sometimes! I will continue to use the Bay City location and inform family and friends about the convenience of the UPS STORE!Thanks for Providing Great Customer Service!-Lindsay Z
