My name is Steven. Took my vehicle in just to get a quote on how much it would cost to fix my strut mount. The previous owner had replaced the front left side, but not the front right because it wasn’t having issues. I bought the vehicle knowing it needed a new strut mount and it WAS diagnosed by another mechanic. They took my vehicle for a 10 minute test drive which was completely unnecessary. I let them take a look at my car and I get quoted at $1,500 to fix some issues they say are “wrong with it.” They said my back air suspension was completely shot, I needed all new shocks and strut assembly, (rear and front), needed new brake pads, and that’s just the beginning of what I was told. Yet the vehicle drives as smooth as ever excluding the strut mount issue. The strut mount being as it is causes it to bind. So they mention its binding and I need a whole new strut. They never mentioned anything about the problem I actually came in for, and instead added on all of this extra nonsense to try and get a quick penny out of a young kid. Afterwards, my car gets driven up to the front by the person who worked the front desk. I’m outside watching him and he starts ripping my steering wheel back and forth like he was trying to tell me what he heard when I clearly know what I heard and that’s why I was there. He gets out and says yeah that’s why it’s binding right there but it’s fine to drive for a while. Then tells me to drive it carefully. It makes me so upset that he would tell me to drive safe when he’s sitting there ripping on my own vehicle right in front of me. I wanted to say something, but i have the decency to be nice, and get upset later. This Tuffy place is an absolute joke and they are terrible workers and salesman. I will never be going back to this place, EVER. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

I woke up to a flat tire. Needed it fixed in a hurry. Stopped at one other shop, they couldn't help me (and were rude). Called Tuffy Tire on Euclid,...they were super helpful and super friendly. As a woman, this is very important! In and out in less than 20 minutes. Thank you so much John.

I thought I had a caliper sticking. The rotor was hot and smoking. The guys at Tuffy checked everything over and figured out it was the parking brake engaging. They fixed the issue fast and I was on my way.

Got stranded with a dead RV at just about closing time. Sam and the crew were very accommodating and let me camp out in their lot over night so they could take a look first thing in the morning. After some tests and a new battery they got me rolling. Fast, easy and friendly, would recommend!

Customer service is outstanding! My tire needed to be fixed and they fixed it and I was back on the road within 25 minutes!! I was so pleased with how knowledgeable the staff was. I highly recommend Tuffy on Euclid in Bay City!

We are on our way home from seeing my son in northern Michigan. We had filled our tire with air up there and it was soft by the time we got to the Bay City area. Found Tuffy’s. They got the car right in and was able to fix the issue right away. Beyond thankful for their help! Staff was super nice. This is on a SUNDAY!

Great folks... Changed out my water pump and did a flush same day in a couple hours. Fair prices for labor and parts. Bathroom was also clean and comfy.

We always go to Tuffy because they always do an amazing job with our car and all the employees are very informative and courteous. Last Couple visits Lauren helped us with a service and a prepurchase inspection. He was super helpful and helped us to make some really important decisions. I highly recommend Tuffy!

John and Anthony absolutely killed it. I was on an road trip and needed to get back on the road fast. They fix my exhaust system quicker than I ever would’ve expected and gave me a fair and honest price. I was completely surprised and blessed by this experience.

We broke down with a flat on our little 5x8 trailer late Friday night on the highway. We took a chance and drove 4 miles on the flat to leave our trailer at Tuffy 's. In the morning we called they were insanely helpful and went above and beyond to help us!! We didn't realize in the dark of the night when we broke down, but we had a 2nd tire almost flat about to rip open too! We are so thankful for all the crew at this Tuffy's from the front help to the manager (Lauren) to the master tire guy who even let me take his photo (Zack)! Needless to say we highly recommend them all at Tuffy's!! Stephanie & Bill BialasPs same day fix even tho they were busy, they knew our distance was far and time was short and boy did they exceed our expectations taking so much care of us!!

They did a good job on my vehicle. The only thing I got to say is. I had? An. Appointment in my appointment was at 12:30 and they did not get my car in until 2:30? So why did I make an appointment other than that they were great
