Went into the Thelen Honda showroom and was completely ignored. Even after others that looked different than myself were acknowledged. Unacceptable!!!!!

I love the parts department here. They always remember me, give me updates on my ordered parts, and get me the right stuff the first time. The prices are reasonable, considering they're OE parts. I haven't dealt with sales, but considering I drive a Honda, I won't need to any time soon!

Went to get an alignment after replacing front upper ball join,lower ball joint, inner/outer tie rod, and both wheel bearings did them my self been working on my cars for years drove 1hr going 75 with no issues no wheel bearing noise at all they tell me my passenger side wheel bearing was loose i knew they were playing games so i got my keys still had to pay 90 they said total would have been 160 which over the phone they said alignment was 90 stealership do not take ur car for service unless its under warranty with them they don't even deserve one star

Great first-time car buying experience for me at Thelen Honda. I knew I wanted a Honda CRV and Earl delivered with the exact color and trim I wanted. I was greeted before I hit the door and had much better service than other dealerships I had visited. Should have went here first. They were flexible with my work schedule and I love my new car! Earl and the rest of the team at Thelen made the whole process easy and quick!

I was so happy with my experience here. Lynn was so amazing. First I had been talking to another dealership in the Saginaw area for 2 days about the car I wanted. My son and I drove an hour to go get it. Once I got there I was told the car had sold THE DAY BEFORE, I had confirmed that morning that I was on my way to come get it. After leaving there mad, I looked up a different KIA dealership in the area. Thelen had the car I wanted, just a different color. I called and spoke with Lynn and told her I was on my way to come get it. She had it already pulled up front waiting for me. She made the whole process so easy. 10 out of 10.

I am driving the second Honda Ridgeline (2019) my company bought from Thelen Honda. It has been a good experience until now. I have been told a driveline u-joint is failing and have to replace the entire drive shaft which will cost approximately $1700. The real kicker is it is on factory back order and the service manager said it could be two weeks or two months before one is available. They have no solution! I don't think I will buy another Honda.. Dan

My wife makes appointment for oil change which is covered under extended warranty for her Honda Pilot. She has used this at another dealer several times with no issue. When she gets there she was told they won't change the oil because the percentage was not at zero and goes on to claim this is part of the extended warrant. My wife has never heard this before and she has always changed the oil just before it went to zero. My wife called warranty company and they said not only is this not true, they never even heard of something like this. THEY ARE LIARS AND CHEATS. Their smug attitude towards her was disrespectful and shows a general DISRESPECT FOR WOMEN. This isn't the first Thelen dealership this occurred. They are bad news.

You have people who follow a troubleshooting manual. Then you have people who follow the manual, but also have an in depth understanding of mechanical/electrical systems of the vehicle.I’ve owned my Honda for 10 years, and always took it to the dealership. I was having power steering issues and brought it to Thelen for first time. I’m glad they were able to see it. Tim called me back to tell me I need to replace my battery and alternator ($900) because “it’s shot”. I spent 10 minutes on the phone trying to understand what he meant, as my voltmeter read a stable 15.3V. He gave me a price for a power steering rack for $2700… but told me i had to replace batt/alt first. It didn’t sound right, so I picked up my car and got a rental until I had more time.It isn’t a good look when the service rep doesn’t understand the difference between a bad alternator and an upgraded, aftermarket alternator that over charges. Misinformation leads to unnecessary stress and customer loses trust. Tim asked to give me some advice - “get some shrink wrap”, he said, for the upgraded wires on my alternator. I politely told him thank you, paid him for his time, and kept it moving.Long story short, I drove my Honda 2 hours to the next closest Honda dealership. They diagnosed the ECM as the issue, replaced it in 2 days for $850, and power steering works fine. Happy that I trusted my instincts, otherwise would have wasted at least $900 for a perfectly fine batt/alt.

Tim, the service advisor was very friendly and helpful with the issue I was having with my vehicle. Thelen took care of the problem within a timely manner. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

Very good buying process, and I really like the new Accord. This was my first new car buying experience which comes with some anxiety. Earl began messaging me over texts shortly after I expressed interest on the website. His engagement kept me interested and I was able to secure financing through Thelen as well. I found the test driving and purchasing experience to be smooth. There was an issue with the vehicle the day after I brought it home, but the service department figured it out and fixed it under warranty and provided a similar vehicle as loaner during the process. They even topped off the gas tank when they gave it back to me! Thanks Earl and Service Team!

After I entered the VIN# on the Honda website, it said for me to bring my Odyssey in (possible airbag recall). In addition to checking on the possible airbag issue, a thorough checkup was done and the findings were explained to me, which I greatly appreciated. My Service Advisor was Tim Nemcik and he was excellent! Great attitude, communication, and customer service. Thank you very much for great service.

Had an appointment for an oil change. Quick, friendly, efficient and reliable service. Vehicle is 12 years old and runs the best since having service done at dealer vs. quick lube joints or other service facilities

I recently had my van serviced at Thelen. Tim, the service advisor, was very helpful and did his best to keep our costs down, knowing we’ve invested a lot into this vehicle in the last few months. His communication with us was very good, and he was able to get the work completely in a timely manner. I’ve always been treated kindly by the service department.
