I drive nearly two hours just to head to Thelen in Bay City!! Our car salesman John was phenomenal! He helped me every step of the way, and I am very picky. He also was great at showing me the details of my new vehicle, and even now, after two years he still answers various questions for me. He is very helpful, polite, and informative! Hands down, if you head to Thelen Bay City, ask for John!!

Sent a chat on Friday 8/16, Jorge sent a chat back that my chat is being forwarded to the parts department. 3 business days later still no reply. Went there on Saturday because I'd like to fix my car. The sign in the parts department door says Saturday 8am-2pm. Doors are locked, no light on. Asked a salesman inside why the parts dept. is closed, he informs me it hasn't opened on Saturday since Covid. In 2 years management couldn't find the time to change the hours on the door. Ordered my Subaru parts at the Chevy dealer.

Long story made short .... Our saleswoman made a bunch of promises to fix things if we paid sticker price along with detailing the vehicle. Dropped off a month later and only one thing was fixed, they don't understand the term name brand and think a detail is a light vacuum. Worst car buying experience ever!!

They did their absolute best to try to get me a new key for my 2007 chrystler pt cruiser, but three places I visited, including this dealership, had issues trying to program my new key chip. They had told me they would charge me either way to give it a try, with a 50/50 chance at success, but after they tried, they actually said not to worry about payment and let me slide. I have never in all my days of working with any dealership, be it Ford, GM, or chrystler, had them let me slide on at least a service fee or hoist fee to simply look at the vehicle, I was amazed to say the least. The staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I do not often give five-star reviews, but with this level of satisfaction, I can't help but give a glowing review. Thanks, Thelen! If I have any issues, you can guarantee I WILL be back!

This dealership needs to be put on legal notice about their deceptive practices, processes and procedures from the State of Michigan Department of Licensing Regulatory affairs. My car now has a misfire after being repaired at their facility.

Worse place ever Anne from body shop was rude and acted like when I called to find out what was going on with my car she was annoyed by me asking her to do her job. I will never go back to you guys as long as the lady works there. I didn't appreciate it after going though a nightmare of my car being stolen she could have been alot nicer. I was already stressed and I wasn't rude to her even when she was on top of it she was rude to my insurance agency. Not cool thelen not cool.
