    This is an awesome gym and a great community that comes with it. Coaches will push you hard and be your biggest supporters. I have lost 45 pounds over my 1.5 years here, I lift heavier, run longer, and do things I never thought I could. Would recommend to anyone!

    I joined Survival Fitness a little over a year ago, and it is the best decision I’ve ever made. The coaches are very helpful and are willing to help you grow and achieve your fitness goals. The classes are challenging, but are worth it!
