Seems as if no one is ever available to answer the phone. I've tried several times to reach them to make a loan payment but apparently they must be having their Christmas party and don't want to process a payment. There is a reason that thier score is 2.5 out of 5 you would think they'd want to fix/address it.

Used to be a decent place to be a member, but has recently gone down hill fast. The biggest problem they have right now is their online banking. The new system is not very user friendly and aren't many options to manage your accounts and profile. Also, if you have a credit card it's very confusing on how to pay it off with the new system. It never tells me my balance on the credit card so I never know how much I owe. The representatives that work there are very helpful in person, but the main building is closed a lot so good luck getting in front of someone. You can try to call, but it's difficult to get a hold of a representative. You'll go through the robotic menu to connect with a representative, but just end up waiting on hold for a long time before getting disconnected. I've been a member for years and haven't considered switching bank until now. I highly recommend finding somewhere else to bank with.

I have been a member for 6 years and the in town service is stellar but on line help needs help. I had a wonderful assist on line but it took twice if not three times as long to figure out the problem because I could not understand the on line caller. I had to ask to repeat many times. Some people, including me, have a very hard time understanding accents. If your on line caller can not be understood because of accent, please allow for a line where that is not an issue.

I used to love SFCU, but the new system is not customer friendly. They have moved customer service off-shore so what can be done is limited. You then have to call the local office. When you try to call local, you get disconnected after hearing multiple times how important you are to them. It's all extremely frustrating.

New update made my account go crazy, I woke up with a sudden $300 difference, can't tell what is true in my account and nobody answers the phone. Place is going down hill fast

With the new update I am not able to see my checking account balance. It does not appear in Mobile app or on their website. When I call it goes to hold forever and then says there is a technical problem and hangs up.

Do not use this bank. They use deceptive practices and will charge you fees until you have nothing left. Dawn the manager was the rudest most unprofessional employee. Listen to the other reviews and DO NOT USE THIS BANK!

Absolute Disgrace. Corrupt to its Gills. They came after me years ago thru collections and got their money. Now they try to run it through again on some hemmed up charges!! They are just thugs in suits and i will not stand for this disgrace of a credit union. Meanwhile they borrow millions and form partnerships with Facebook. The very company trying to ruin our kids!! No these people are sick!!

This review is for laken in the loan department at the center rd location…. Where do I start!?! First off I can’t thank you enough for all the help with both my boat and new camper loans. For those that are reading this let me tell ya! On both loans months apart I was sitting in the garage on a Saturday night thinking of things I could do with the family for more memories… I jumped on the bank app applied for a loan and emailed her on a Sunday morning to let her know I had applied and want her to work with my loan. I received a email first thing 9am Monday morning both times letting me know she was going to look at my loan. I’m not rich and I don’t have the best credit but been a member for awhile, and she had me approved by 1030am! If your looking for someone that will treat you right and get the job done please call or email her. She is forsure someone that loves to help and see people enjoy the fun things in life! Once again laken thank you for everything!!! This has been one of our best summers yet because of your hard work! Keep it up ❤️

I have had the most amazing experience with Laken Morse, she is am amazing loan officer and made it very easy for me to receive my loans, I didn't even have to go into the office I was able to do everything online through email. I would highly recommend this credit union and using her as a loan officer!
