Sanford Sunrise Marathon: MAKE SURE RINSE WATER IS ON BEFORE YOU PAY FOR RV DUMP. Paid $8.00 for RV dump, and rinse water is off… Asked staff about it, and they said “maintenance won’t let them turn it on, yet.” Hey, maintenance. It’s May 6th. It’s not going to freeze. I explained to the manager how the rinsing was an equally important part of the RV dump. She said she would let their maintenance know. No offer for refund on the dumping fee.

I ordered some jalapeno poppers earlyer tonight and was there to get them on time, i had to wait for them to be packaged so I know they were supposed to be fresh and they were cold. when I called up there they told me that they couldn't do anything about it that corporate sets the amount of time that they cook their food. I waisted 7.99, and got disappointed. If anyone ever answers back because they'r email won't work, they clearly look odd and not appetizing. the staff were very rude about it and didnt care at all when I called.

Ordered two pizzas waited an hour to get them. When I got there they gave my pizzas to somebody else and he was bringing them back. they expected me to take the pizzas after he had already taken them home and then brought them back I told them no way will I take them especially with Covid going on. So they remade the pizzas and I got home and they are wrong lol great job marathon

The linwood store sucks I stop every morning and afternoon for coffee and only about half the time does the new coffee machine work because the manager refuses to train anyone on how to clean it or replace syrup or milk. If you are gonna charge over $4.00 for a cup of coffee can you at least make sure you do your job as a manager. As a manager myself I'd be embarrassed that my staff knew so little about their jobs. FYI one morning the cleaning solution was left in place of milk good thing I didn't drink it.

the one in west branch sucks, very rude was in there for 10 minutes for a cup of coffee. Cashiers were to busy talking to 1 customer other then waiting on the others customers.

These stores do not follow health guidelines and are cesspools run by pure greed. They also treat their employees like garage. Wouldn't recommend.

just ordered potato skins. so dry we could not eat them. called cook said she put ranch on it.... we cant see any. the girl said well I dont know what to do........ I told her I will call manager in am. pizza was the normal under cooked crap. nothing like a ruined late night dinner. luck they are only place open so I guess ya get wha.t ya get crap or not.

Nice convenient store with Marathon gas station adjacent to it. Big accessible parking lot here ♿. Restroom is ground level with big room.
