Quite a few employees who could be retrained in how to act towards the public. Countless times the younger employees are very rude and disrespectful just in general even if you don’t really say much to them. I asked about why the screen showed something different than I asked for and the young mixed lady got a major attitude and was rude towards my wife who was just sitting there quietly. The other day the young man was extremely rude towards a confused old man, the next guy in line had to set him straight on how to treat people. Terrible what speedway is coming too.

Just wanted to give all the moms a heads up that they now let men use the women's restrooms even though they have their own restrooms there. Went to change my little one and there was a guy in there and yes I did say something about it. So make sure if you go to the Speedway on Euclid in Bay City you check the bathrooms now and also check for cameras, especially in the toilet. So ladies be careful.

Went to check out, all I had was 2 slurpees and 2 candy bars which were supposed to be buy one get one for a dollar. Came out to $8.10. I gave the cashier a 10 not worried about the sale, I could have read the sign wrong. Not only did she get snippy when I declined solar eclipse glasses, she did not give me my change and rolled her eyes when I asked for a receipt. One of the worst experiences as I’ve ever had. Will not be returning, if I could give zero stars I would.

Would give zero stars if it was an option. I’ve shopped this store for many years and it was always the best. Can’t say that anymore, within the last 6 months this location has gone down hill. The staff is super rude and not friendly one bit, always playing in their phones and have horrible attitudes. The store is always trashed and filthy along with the bathrooms. Counters are always sticky along with the floor. Stuff is never stocked and when you ask an associate to check the cooler for something they have an attitude about it. There is never fresh donuts or fresh hot sandwiches or fresh stuff in the rollers or fresh pizza. We asked the associate today why there wasn’t anything fresh in the rollers and she had an attitude and said because there isn’t and went back to her personal conversation with her friend. Ever since the new employees and whoever the new person is in charge took over this store has went downhill. We will be contacting corporate about this! I do not recommend this location fine bit and highly suggest someone from higher up be in this location to change things around!
Now the cappuccino machine has been empty and dirty for days! Store manager doesn’t even care! And contacting the customer line does no good either

Dont trust this place . They double charged me and when i called customer service ; they said they didn't. How ever the same amout is gone two times in a row with 8 seconds between transactions. A manager named Janelle assured me that it was just pending and that it happens all the time and she has to explain it to tons of people. My bank assured me its not pending and its been withdrawn. I wonder how many people get ripped off by this place every day.

I love coming to this speedway! Devonia and Jessica always go out of their way to help us customers. Will always be my first stop for gas and snacks!!!

The manager needs to check all cigarette rolling papers. I just bought two packs of zigzag white papers and everyone in both packs were stuck together. I know your policy on returned merchandise once it leaves the store is you can't do anything about it. I had a friend go in to this speedway two days ago and the same happened to him. I won't be buying them at your place again.

Middle aged woman employee--I told her how much gas I wanted and as I walked away she asked what kind of gas. I didnt hear her but I did hear her say to her coworker "I hate it when people walk away when Im talking to them" I told her she was rude and she basically told me she was right to be that way cuz it happens regularly. I told her SpeedWay was the only gas in town that asks what kind of gas you are getting. Maybe there is a good reason, but people just want to run in, pay and get back out. She was exceptionally rude and totally felt justified for it. Wont be back.

Awful place. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. Gm over there is horrible, and the store itself is usually trashed.

I love the rewards that Speedway has to offer if you download the App. I save $$ on my E-85 when I need to fill up. They have a little convenient store inside. So you can purchase beverages, food, dog food, etc.Trust me you won't be disappointed. Speedway has everything here.

Always love going to any speedway, their gas prices are lower and the inside of the station has almost everything you may need for that quick stop.

This place used to be clean and fully stocked but every time I go there it is just a mess. The slurpee station is always filthy, there’s never any lids. I understand they might have a lack of staff problem but something needs to be done
