I don't get my hair colored or cut often. It's probably every 3 years for a cut and 5-7 for a color. I get very nervous when doing it. I went to Signature Styles and showed an exact picture of what I wanted. I said I wanted a change but nothing drastic. I specifically said no blond or bright unnatural colors. I ended up with bleached blond highlights and large chunky cranberry streaks. My stylist was kind and I truly believe she was trying to help me get out of my comfort zone. Unfortunately, I hated it but didn't want to say so in front of her coworker, so I said it was "fine". The pink was extremely noticeable in the natural light, so while I was unhappy in the salon, I was even more unhappy once the sun hit it. I texted her 23 minutes later and let her know I was unhappy, she texted back "I’m shocked because you said you liked it in front of a witness, so you'll have to pay to have it changed". I then told her I had waited to say it because it was awkward, but I didn't get what I asked for. Several hours later she texted that "I guess you can come back, and I can see what I can do". I didn't feel comfortable going back to her because of her attitude and I can’t afford to pay a 2nd time, nor do I think that’s fair, so I'm just living with it. Obviously, I will not be going back but I feel there should be a window where someone can let the stylist know they are unhappy, I mean I texted her less than 30 minutes after not 2 weeks later. This place is Amazing!! Especially Heather. She came in on her day off to accommodate my daughter.. She took such good care of my 6 year old making sure she had a wonder birthday experience at their salon, from the kid tea and donuts to the amazing tiara she picked up for my daughter. Fabulous job on her hair and nails too!!! Great experience for my daughter. Thank you so kindly for what you did. I would recommend this salon to any one looking for talented and compassionate people going that extra mile..... Chris Rodgers.

There is a hair stylist that works there. Name is Mary. She has been cutting my hair for over 15 years. I wouldn't go to anyone else.
