Doctor Erin Campau has been pretty good the last couple of 6 month visits I’ve seen her for. Unfortunately this was not the case at my last visit, Dr campau came into the room after about a half hour of me waiting(not a big deal), but once she was in the room with me she had no idea what my dosages were or anything. I gave the nurse that checked me in a log of my blood sugars for the last 30 days typed up nicely WITH MY DOSAGES LISTED. But towards the end of the appt Dr campau said I had not brought them so we were finished. I let her know I gave them to the nurse that checked me in and a couple of minutes later she was back in the room with them. Aside from this, Riverview medical has never been an issue up until now with making sure my prescription is orderly and on time. Not sure if there have been employee changes or what the deal is. Carol the office manager doesn’t seem to know anything regarding policies and processes and isn’t much help answering any questions. Because they left me without insulin I had to call multiple times for them to fill an emergency prescription which I still had issues with picking up since the office didn’t know my dosages and the pharmacy requires that information to release prescriptions. Since then I’ve had nothing but problems getting anything from riverview. Would not recommend this place to anyone. No one in the office communicates or has any priority filling emergency prescriptions. These people don’t care at all and I refuse to see them again let alone give them my money or my insurances. Carol and the other office workers don’t know what they’re doing at all. Do not rely on these people for anything. Now that I’m going to a new doctor the new doctor has to trust and rely on the information I’m giving them as riverview is no help in sending a referral or any past history. Do better rivierview medical. You guys suck at your job.

Staff are very informative and friendly. Multiple windows help with having different objectives. Bathroom is easily accessible. Large waiting area with plenty of seats.

So I just get a phone call and am told my appointment for this Friday is canceled and not sure why one was made. They stated they sent me a letter stating I was discharged from their practice. I said I never got a letter and am not sure why. She looks and says from us canceling one of your appointments in Dec. so you need to find another practice and we are canceling this appointment as well.So be ware if they cancel your appointment they will be telling you that you are not allowed back. So beware

My husband and I have been patients at Riverview for over 6 yrs, and the past 2 yrs the staff has become very rude, the PAs are less caring, and the physicans just dont care any more. Prior to my annual last yr, I recieved a call from the front desk regarding my labs, they stated in a voicemail that I had not done any labs in 2 yrs and when I called back they were so rude to me. I spoke with Ally, NP and she verified I had labs the previous yr and the front office was wrong. Any testing that they prescribe must be done by the end of year....the only reason for this would be end of the year kickbacks fron insurance companies. They also have signs all over their office stating goals for blood pressures, colonoscopies, blood sugars...again, only reason for this is kickbacks. My husband was discharged from their service yesterday...why? According to them in a certified letter, he missed ONE appointment. We recieved no reminder calls from them or inquiry into him getting his yearly labs as we have had in previous yrs, so I do not believe this for one moment. Plus why would you discharge a patient for one missed appt in over 6 yrs, maybe they need to follow up with their clients before making drastic moves like this, I mean they claim to care about and respect their clients, to me this isnt caring!!!So beware of this medical office, they are more concerned about money then patient care.Update- found out from new primary physician, this office lost 3 yrs of my husband's medical records. They only had records up to 2018, but yet Ally NP was prescribing him medications all the way thru 2021 as indicated on the medication bottles. So please beware of this office.

Dr. Compau and his nursing staff are EXCELLENT. The 1 star review is for how bad my husband and I are treated by the receptionist with the shoulder length dark hair aprox. 30 yrs old on Dr.James Compau side of the office. She was very rude when we had a couple questions and she did not want to be bothered as she was playing on her cell phone. She is so short and rude over the phone we hate having to call the office anymore. It is sad that such an excellent healthcare team would be represented by a person that has no customer service skills what so ever.

Dr Wilson is excellent! He’s thorough, unhurried, and listens to questions. He explains any lab results or conditions and has a kind demeanor. The office staff is professional and responsive. Highly recommend!

I have been going here since I was an infant. There is no other doctor I trust more then Riverview. Dr. Andrew Wilson is the absolute best and truly cares about each and every patient.

Receptionist are frequently rude and short. I have considered switching doctors a few different times due to the inconsiderate service. My original doctor left the practice and my new doctor (choosing not to name) has done nothing but lower my confidence in this establishment. I feel like my son is discriminated against due to the prescriptions that he needs filled and has been harassed multiple times while asking for them to be filled. Unfair & rude!

I wouldn't send my dog to this doctor's office. I was made fun of by doctor Andrew first visit and I was kicked from his office because people don't write things down due to complications with my car reason why I couldn't make it the staff was super rude about it. all they want is money not patients care...
