45 minutes waiting in line doesn't matter if you go through the drive thru or walk in. Staff doesn't seem to know what they are doing

Called on inquiring if pharmacy was closed and was told no. I said I heard they were and they reassured me that I would be notified if they were closing. The next day, my doctor called and said they couldn’t refill my prescription because Rite Aid had closed and prescriptions were forwarded to Walgreens (without my permission). No wonder they went out if business!

I personally will be going else where for my medicine for now on. The staff in the pharmacy is very rude talking about customer when they are sitting right there. So I strongly suggest to seek a different pharmacy. If people don't like it this my opinion. So thanks but no thanks.

Arrived to get my sons prescription at 5:50 on a Sunday and the pharmacy was already closed then…. Arrived 9am sharp to get my sons medicine and window wasn’t open until 9:10! Absolutely ridiculous!

Absolutely incompetent. Kept lying that my insurance wouldn't fill my prescriptions at 28 days. Even though Sabourins did it for 20 years. Transferred to another pharmacy and they told me Rite Aid was flat out lying to me. Do not ho there. I called in prescriptions 2 days ahead and get there and the mumbling person denied I called them in. Absolutely worst pharmacy in Bay City.

Fills prescriptions the way they want and not how written by the doctor. Will give you an attitude when you confront them on it.

Rite Aid has the best service. Wal-Mart is practically next door but fails to offer you the fast reliable service you get from Rite Aid. No lines, no long waits, and positive real smiles on the staff.

Katie the pharmacist is a delightful young lady. She is so knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything. She even remembers your name after a couple of visits. The staff is great.

The pharmacy techs are always so short with the patients and rude. The woman today actually cut me off numerous times during our conversation and obviously didn’t want to be bothered by helping me. 8/10 times I come here I end up taking to someone who seems like the last thing they want to do on earth is their job. I watched one of the techs scoff and roll their eyes at an elderly man who asked ONE question. Not impressed. I’ve only spoken with one man and one woman who were actually nice.

The person at the Pharmacy desk did not know covid test kits were free without reimbursement to Medicare recipients...and she wasnt very nice.After reading the reviews,i guess thats normal for this store.
