I needed needles to inject my testosterone, my pharmacy was out and because I didn't have a script thru them they wouldn't sell them to me. Thanks for nothing, Walmart had no issues neither does Kroger. It will be a great day when you close your doors!!

I just want to applaud the pharmacist that was working at 8pm on 12/1/22. I had just left the ER with my daughter and was rushing to pick up the antibiotic that was sent over from the ER. When I arrived I picked up other OTC items needed to give it more time since it wasn't that long of a drive. I went to pick up the prescription but there was nothing sent over. I wasn't given a prescription to fill but I did have the discharge papers with me. While I was there I called ER and they were sending it again. Still nothing. The pharmacist could see how miserable my daughter was, I showed him exactly what the prescription was that was supposed to be ordered. First he checked to make sure they have it and then he called over to the ER and they confirmed the prescription verbally with each other after finding out ER was having issues sending scripts. As soon as he confirmed he prepared it immediately and gave it to us. This is true customer service. He could have easily told me to try tomorrow knowing they closed in an hour but he not once made me feel rushed and instead made me feel like I was not a burden at all even with my crying, sick daughter in the chair waiting. Thank you for helping this stressed out mama.

This place is a joke!! Sign CLEARLY states walk-in welcome!! Pharmacist refused to vaccinate me without an appointment!!! This is why rite aide is NOT doing very well against its competitors! I see this place closing very soon! Never again will I even shop here!

If you're looking for baby formula avoid this location. I found the specialty formula I was looking for only to have them price gouge me for $10 more than everyone else in town. It's quite shameful for them to be price gouging parents during a formula shortage.

The worst, I will never go back. I was picking up my prescriptions and since my insurance changed I knew it would take a lil bit. I waited patiently, while the entire time pharmacy tech was rude and acted like I as an inconvience. The entire time she kept reminding me that she was supposed to be gone 20 minutes ago. I will not be going back. And have their employees ever heard of soap and a brush, disgusting. Appearance says alot and clearly the standards of that company are not very high at all.#boycottriteaide#riteaideonmidland

The website says walkin vaccine shots are available from 2 to 3 pm. I tried calling to verify this, but the people at the front of the store didn't know. I went to the store and it says that walkin vaccines are available from 2 to 3 on a large sign out front. I go in the store and the pharmacist says "we don't do that, ignore that sign." If walkins aren't available, take it off your website and take down the sign from the front of the store. What a waste of time.

Every time I've gone in I get my medication very quickly. Although when calling to find out if prescriptions are there, they should actually check the system and not just if they are filled.

PHARMACY STAFF HAS BEEN AMAZING IN THE FOUR YEARS I'VE BEEN GOING HERE AFTER MOVING FROM SAGINAW. ALWAYS HELPFUL AND POLITE. I have no idea why other people would have a problem with them unless they were problem people already.

I would not go here. There is a reason rite aid is barely hanging on and its bc of the people they hire. I have never dealt with such ignorance in my life. They were rude, unhelpful, and the pharmacist is the worst part. You shouldn't have a child running a pharmacy.
