Went in the bay city location and receiving multiple calls on how they could help me. I finally went in and 15 mins later I was being told the exact same thing I heard from a regular car dealer. There was no special program to help what so ever. They wanted a huge amount of money down, and a cosigner with perfect credit. With those in hand I could go anywhere and not pay the outstanding interest rates rightway has. To top off my experience, Hollywood the sales man says I’m not supposed to say this but hers a card for another car company. He used to work for them prior to working for rightway. Instead of trying to help me he was pushing I go to this other dealership. So I called back with a cosigner. He said I’ll call you back in 30 minutes. But instead of calling back he sent a text stating my cosigner wasnt good enough. He offered again no help from the rightway dealership but again promoted the other dealership and told me to have my cosigner go there and get a car. First off I was looking for the car not my cosigner. How would them going to buy a car help me? He then proceeded to tell me who to contact from this other dealership, gave his phone number, and said I’ll call him and let him know your cosigner is gonna come by. I stated at the dealership the first time mention and handed me a card for the other dealership that I wasn’t interested in doing business with them what so ever. But instead of trying to help me get into a car, he kept pushing the other dealership even after being told that I wasn’t interested. Never had a dealership work so hard to get a different dealership a customer. Why are you promoting that you help rebuild credit, but then do nothing to help and promote another dealership? This was the most off putting experience I’ve had at a dealership. None of the advertisements were to help anyone unless you have perfect credit or huge down payments. Even though it clearly states they help rebuild credit. But if your credit has to be good to get approved then why bother with there high interest rates? Hope this saves someone else their time and not waste it going there like I did

Refuse to help a truck driver I have bought here before and I won't be back this is so rude
