Sure it's a great place, until you get hurt and they have no use for you any longer. They ignored all requests for workman's compensation claim. Reporting to OSHA and BBB also. My family is suffering because of what happened to my husband there. He was the sole breadwinner for the family due to my disability, now he can't work either. And it's their fault.And the management is bad. One, in particular, is horrible. He is the dictionary definition of "bully" and he's proud of it. Sad really.

Normally don't do this but feel i need to, I have worked for Renosol for going on 35 years now i have seen good times and bad times, but in my time here they have always treated me fair I have disagreements with management but we have always worked them out. As far as work related injuries i have a few and the company has always taken care of them. Is there issues at times yes but in my time here we have always worked them out as a team, and when I'm gone, I believe this will still be a very good place to work for.

This is the best Manufacturing plant In the area! They Have state of the art Carbon Fiber 3d Print capabilities and can manufacture just about anything!!
