“I got my first baby here almost 2 years ago now. I was told he was a year old, he was actually 8-10 according to our vet! But that’s not the staffs fault, he was a street cat prior so I understand having to estimate, besides I wanted an older cat anyways!! The staff working were so patient and kind when I was taking 2+ hours to hangout with him and decide if he was right for me. We actually loved the staff so much that 2 months ago my boyfriend and I decided to adopt from here again. Both of my boys are so special, loving, kind, and can tell how far they have come due to the care they received at bay county as well as with us. I would adopt from here 100 times if I could handle that many cats ?!!”
“I've never had an issue with PetSmart. Besides, sometimes they are overpriced but they're mostly the same price on a product as everywhere else online.
They usually always have what I need or want. The staff has never been shady towards me. One time, they forgot to put an item in my bag from online ordering, but they fixed it as soon as I called.”
“Stopped in to buy a trailer after having called a couple times earlier in the day. Was informed that the trailer I wanted was not in stock and not even in Michigan. Obviously frustrated, I asked if there were any alternatives. There was and they gave me a great deal, more than I could expect. Rachel went above and beyond to make it happen. “Love Being able to wash my dogs here without worrying about forgetting the shampoo or dreading the clean up and drying process for our dogs, cuz they shed enough to pack a pillow with fur. I am not saying don't clean up after using them, it's just set up to make it much easier, without worrying about clogged drains. Thank you for making that an affordable option, and providing all the tools to get the job done.”
