Sugar, Sugar,Sugar,Sugar, I personally don't like sugar in anything! They put it in EVERYTHING! Everyone rants over their food! Y'all have a sweet tooth! Not a fan, asked if they would make some salt and pepper jerky, was laughed at.Even their polish sausage, is loaded, I'll go to crazy-acts, at least I can control my sugar intake! 2 stars, because I like them, -3 star's, because they laughed at me when I asked for no sugar jerkey! And there is no need for sugar in breakfast sausage.ya'd think they owned the refinery or something.if everyone ate your sausage, I would send my children to dental school, because if y'all like this, ain't gonn be a healthy tooth in the state!

I've grown up in this neighborhood for 30 years this place is always my go to for jerky or any meats or smoked foods never had a complaint every friend I meet or I've been with I recommend this place 100%

I went there just recently and am very happy that I did. I was lucky that I found them on a google search. Their sausage and meat selection is great and the guys there are super kind and helpful. You can tell they like what they do because when you ask a question they give passionate answers. You can’t find anything like this in Florida and I wish I purchased more than I did to save for awhile. The hunter sticks are awesome

I get fresh made pork lard here, they do not add preservatives or BHT to it. It melts very nice, I'm allergic to dairy products, so I typically use this in place of butter in all recipes. I've have one container left and I bought these two years ago and keep in an airtight container in the fridge because I always need ice cold lard for pastry and pie crusts. I really love this meat market!

Very nice family business with excellent sausage. The guy that makes the sausage was very knowledgeable about the ingredients, which was nice because some of my family has food allergies. They were really friendly, treated us like family. Stop by, you won't be disappointed.

We are from kalamazoo, bit whenever we pass through Bay City we make sure to get some of that fresh polish sausage that you just can't get anywhere else. Friendly staff will help you with anything you need. Really nice "homey" place.

Store hours have changed 3/1/22, all days they close 1 hour earlier than what's shown here. See photo or call first if you don't want to be surprised they're closed. They opened the store for me, but I don't like arriving after a place is closed.
