I have been taking my dogs here for several years. The owner has always been easy to work with. Our first dog was 16 and could be very challenging. She was deaf and blind. Our new dog hates his feet touched. She has been very patient with him. Her prices are reasonable and she always cuts the way I ask her to. She recently purchashed the building. As a renter she was limited to what she could do with the building. She has spent alot of time, money and effort into making this her permenent home. I'm happy with her service.

I always get opening appointment Libby is in and out without any problems. Smells good looks good and she is always calm when I hand her over and pick her up ??

We absolutely love taking our girls to Pampered Pets. Janine is amazing with them and so full of knowledge on all things dogs. The girls always look so beautiful when they get their hair cut.

Not impressed ..... Incomplete cut and took it to another groomer to finish. Owner is rude ..... esp after finding out that I took my dog to another groomer to finish. Exterior of building is looking more blighted ..... Weeds growing knee high along building,sidewalks and parking. Won't be returning .... The groom shop down the street is definitely much better quality and the appearance in pretty spotless inside and out.

Not very professional especially having a 24 week old pup that is handled on a regular basis, bathed and brushed at home and socialized daily by neighbors and friends. She criticized the pup and the grooming that she did was incomplete ... I decided to go to another groomer the next week to finish my pup up and she turned out perfect and the groomers couldn't believe how well she behaved ...... unlike the comments from Pamper Pets Bay City. Pampered Pets even contacted myself and ripped me a new one because I went somewhere else..... Not Professional in my eyes !!!! The exterior of the building is looking blighted as the weeds are over grown and taking over around the building ,sidewalks and parking areas. Not very professional looking at all ..... Definitely won't return to such poor behavior on the owner ....
