Scott VanLuven at O’Connor’s Auto Outlet went way above and beyond what you would expect from a car dealership.
I saw a car on their website that I was interested in, so I left a message on a Saturday, at a time they were closed, and he called me right back! When he found out I live near West Michigan, he offered to have the car brought to me so I could test drive it. Then, when I decided to buy, he had it immaculately detailed, filled with gas, and delivered to my house! I never once had to drive to the car lot! He was so great to work with. I have to say, it was the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience I’ve had. I’m happy with the price I paid and the quality and condition of the car. Top notch! I will definitely “go back” to O’Connor’s when we are in the market for new vehicles.

The second car we have bought from O'Connor's and couldn't be more pleased. Gene is not only family but also a great person to help anyone out. He works hard to get you the best deals along with the whole group that work there. We really didn't have to do much but just sign papers which made it easy cause they did all the hard stuff. We were in a pinch and needed a car to haul stuff and drove off with a nice truck. Yay me!

I Bought an older car from them and I had it shipped out to California, and I never even saw it in person until it was delivered. It was my first time buying a car without seeing it in person, and so many things could have gone wrong.
Gene and everyone I spoke with were very helpful and made sure to describe to me every little detail about the car. I wasn’t surprised about anything when I took delivery, and it came exactly as described. Ran great for being 34 years old, and was at a great price. No hidden fees, and I didn’t feel pressured at all.
I would not hesitate to purchase another car from O’Connor’s, and I would be 1000% confident in my purchase; without even seeing the car myself.

15 yrs ago, I got a loan from the credit union for a new vehicle. I felt Great, like a walking check, so no problems right, Wrong. Every car dealer addressed my husband Even after I told them I'm buying the truck, answer my questions! This fell upon deaf ears until I went to O'Connor's & everything fell into place Gene, the salesman, came and spoke to both of us, told him I'm buying & boom customer service was Amazing and I finally felt seen after many car dealers and many days of searching. Well last month that truck finally gave out and I cut to the chase and went straight to O'Connor's and Gene is still there and more helpful than ever. I purchased another SUV, got all the history, test drove and once again, Easy process, Loads of kindness and respect, Great vehicle and already had a text checking to see if I needed anything. So Awesome to not deal with sleazy car salesman and deal with Real car salesman and crew no tricks, no smirks, no lies. O'Connor's girl for Life.

I can't believe it took me this long to write a review for these guys. This dealership is AMAZING. I went in looking to trade in my 2016 Ford Explorer for something new. I was greeted by some of the most professional car salesmen I've ever encountered. In no time I was driving away with a new SUV that I still love to this day. The vehicle hasn't given me any problems in the 3yrs I've owned it. Now my son is interested in purchasing a car so I will be taking him to look for one with these guys. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a AWESOME car buying experience as well as a GREAT deal.
