This by far was the worst experience I've ever had with any insurnace company in 22 years. It ended up costing me 115$ MORE a month on 7 policies because of this circus show. To begin with I was trying to combine 3 different insurance companies to ONE.#1 Obtained insurnace with statefarm in middle of July for new boat.(rest of the policies were several return calls in, to try and start the remaining coverages) After 5 weeks and mulitple requests for insurnace proof on my boat, i was yet to recieve it. My new boat was never used for season.#2 Within the first week I dealt with 2 different associates that "now no longer work there" because of the "way they handled my buisness" words stated by the agent#3 I transfered AND CANCELLED my previous homeowners policy because I was promised better rates than my current agent (state farm was offering multi-line policy )to find out after 6 weeks they could not insure my home. I was left to go BACK TO MY PREVIOUS AGENT Again due to words by the agent "proper Information was not obtained during the interview". The only response was there's nothing they could do but would uderstand if I wanted to obtain insurance elsewhere. I have since transfered to a different statefarm agent. So because they could not insure my home. My other auto, atv and a boat polices premiums went up after losing the multi line discounts. I contemplated several weeks whether to post a review, i understand things happen, staff changes and things get missed but But after my last interaction This week and my final bill details I strongly advise you steer clear of this agency. Even a 1 star in this situation is being generous.

Shelly is the best! Great to work with, so kind and understanding. When I come to pay my bill each month I pray she is the one behind the counter. No waiting or mishaps, she really knows what she's doing. You can certainly tell she has experience and knowledge. Thanks Shelly for the great service! Everyone at this location is nice but I've only had experience working with Shelly.

Great experience and super quick and “painless”. Everyone there seems awesome. I went with Calvin and he made it so easy to get insurance. Less than an hour running a quote and applying discounts I was satisfied paid and on my way. Would definitely recommend.

I talked to Audrea multiple times between my initial auto insurance and then again when she suggested I bundle with homeowners insurance to save even more. She has a very professional tone but not so dry that it's just talking. Highly recommend asking for Audrea if you want to save some money on all your insurance needs!!
