They occasionally scratch our cars and it never gets all the winter grunge off the first time through, but it's better than freezing in my driveway all winter washing my cars myself. Vacuums do work well.

Always have to go through 2x for caked mud and only had a problem once where guy said we can't get every inch clean but it was the sides of car but otherwise they've been pretty friendly.

They do a good job job keeping the equipment up-to-date. You get a great car wash. I would recommend the monthly car wash club. It's worth purchasing.
