Retail clerk didn't know anything about porting in phone nos.we had to go to Saginaw the next day unacceptable business model.Not impressed in the least.

This Metro PCS is by far the worst Metro Store I've ever been to. I suggest to EVERYONE that they go to the metro PCS near Walmart in Bay City. DO Not purchase ANYTHING from this Metro. Not only is She Rude, but she Totally Ripped My Fiancee and myself off when going in for our upgrade. Charged 18% sales tax and said we had the $60 plan and it's only the $50 plan. That's HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This Gives Metro a Bad Name

When I went to see if I could upgrade my Samsung galaxy A11 to an iPhone the lady that was there said it would cost $300+ when I seen on metro site for iPhone, the se said $0 with upgrade and etc..the lady,, she mentioned that if I passed one months payment (meaning I didn't pay for one month) I qould loose my phone number which I already did since she said they delete it after 30 days. Now I got my Samsung back in February of this year and the lady at that time didn't tell us their policy about phone bill payment. Next time tell the customers beforehand
