I inherited my Pomeranian from my daughter and this was our first visit to the groomer. Jody promptly returned my message, and an appointment was set for the following week. When I returned for him just under two hours later, I almost did not recognize Rocky. He was absolutely adorable without all that excessive fur he had been enduring. Quite a surprising outcome: his personality is calmer, he growls and barks less, and seems more content! Rocky will receive regular grooming henceforth. Jody is to be commended!
