People are generally nice and the selection is amazing BUT...I NEVER have any success at the Bay City Store. what should have taken an hour, took 3. Their processes at Menards is all F'd up. The whole rebate thing could be done with gift cards online and when you order online you never REALY know if it's ready or not. The security guy is rude and thinks he is CIA or something. I HATE going around the back to pick up ANYTHING because it is completely disorganized with no clear process of getting an order. Today was probably my LAST visit to a Menards.

You can buy just about anything you need for your home, outdoors, and building supplies. They have a lot of seasonal items and displays. They have garden plants and containers, also.

We just waited in line behind 4 carts to get to the cashier (Lori). She advised despite the having the skew number we had to leave line and go to customer service to get a printout in order to purchase landscaping stone. We had to walk to the back of the store where they simply typed in that same skew number and sent us back to the front. Stood in line again this time behind 5 carts. TSC puts Menards to shame with customer service and common sense.

I love Menards in general. The varity of products they jave can be overwhelming sometime but the staff is eager to help. If you know what you want and where to find it, easy peasy. If you need help, no worries, like I stated before, staff is helpful. They have decent prices and of course, "save 11% on everything". The store is located very close from the freeway exit. So it's easy off and easy on.

Menards in bay city I have come to find out is not service dog friendly place after we had checked out a woman at the front courtesy desk had insisted that I provide my paperwork for my dog to prove that she was in fact a service animal so if you have service animals Don’t Go There no postings anywhere about not allowing service animals

We always found what we needed at this store when remodeling our previous home. We purchased different kinds of flooring, a tub, shower surround, shower heads, faucets, medicine cabinet, insulation, bedroom doors, folding closet doors, storm doors, paint, deck stain, toilet seats, countless tools, personal care products, food items, etc from there. We always eventually found what we needed (sometimes we had to hunt for someone to help us, and sometimes we had to hunt for it ourselves) and were overall happy with our purchases. Menards is a great store and their rebate program is a fantastic way to get money back on purchases too!
