Just a terrible pharmacy! I stopped using them years ago due to the staff and the wait times but recently had a prescription sent here and thought it went ok. Today I tried to get an appointment for a covid and flu shot but I never received a CODE so I called them as instructed and was on hold for 9 minutes until I arrived there in person. The woman at the drop off window was RUDE and very unprofessional. Did not even acknowledge me and told me it would be a minute. Then I tell her what the issue was and I was trying to make an APPOINTMENT but was on HOLD until I arrived here. She said it would be an hour wait!!! NOBODY WAS THERE WAITING!! She says they have appointments every 15 minutes so I said, well if nobody shows up I could just get it done.. She said nope, it’s still going to be an HOUR wait!!! Wth kind of pharmacy is this?! Never again and would NOT recommend to anyone! I am sticking to my private pharmacy and using covenant to get better service from now on. MEIJER PHARMACY IS A WASTE OF TIME!!! My time is valuable also as I missed work for this treatment!

So disappointed in this pharmacy now! I used it for many years and was happy with the staff and service. It's been getting worse this whole year. The person I talked to today was very rude and dismissive. That was after I decided to go in person after waiting over 15 minutes on hold.
I am moving my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

We’ve been using the Meijer pharmacy on Wilder Rd for decades. We’ve never encountered rudeness, and on several visits, experienced exceptional customer service. It just keeps getting easier to fill prescriptions and obtain vaccinations. I highly recommend!

I usually don't write bad reviews, but this pharmacy is terrible! The staff is rude and condescending. They never have my medication ready on time and are often out of stock. Every time I go there, I have to argue with them to do their job properly, or else I won't get my medications. It never used to be like this, so I really don't know what happened. I completely understand how hard and stressful this job may be, but that isn't an excuse for this poor service. At this point, I would suggest firing everyone and getting completely new staff. Seriously…

refuses to fill my prescription for 90 days. haven't had this issue at any other pharmacy I've used.

Paid over $300 dollars out of pocket for my sons diabetic treatment supplies and was ensured that once we have our insurance in place that we would be refunded. After over a dozen calls and speaking with multiple people we are now told that we can't be refunded. Taking our business elsewhere and if anyone else is considered Meijer for their pharmaceutical needs, I suggest going somewhere else. Staff although is curious, should know how to handle this. Very disappointed. We won't be back.

My experience with this location is how snippy these techs are. I picked up my scrip and showed my Good RX discount at $16.00. I was billed $38.00. I went to the side window and asked the blonde girl to check it again. The bill was originally $44.00. She said Meijer won’t give the full discount anymore. They did last month and the month before. The rest of the store has the nicest people but many of pharmacy staff are rushed and unhelpful.

Long lines for both the drive-through and in the store but I assume this to be due to the pharmacy being understaffed. Despite the amount of people in line, the technician remained calm, professional and courteous as they steadily processed customers orders.

Unfortunately my experience has been absolutely terrible when one of the technicians asks my son (and they didn't know he was my son he could of been a friend family or friend that information is confidential)why I'm on a certain medication that is not okay that is unacceptable you are a pharmacist that is not your job and how dare you ask somebody that is coming to pick up my scripts what I'm on a certain medication for they need different training they need more training because that is not acceptable........

Seems like they don't know what's going on and I've been told by 3 different people 3 different times of when my prescription would be available. I'm done wasting time continuously driving to try and pick up my prescription, I'll never come here again.

I have lost all trust in this pharmacy and I have used them for a while. But won't be using them ever again. I had a pretty hefty and time sensitive prescription. The order was for 15 pills. I picked it up and went home. When I opened the bag there were only 5 pills. ? On the bag there was clearly indicated twice "Qty 15" and "Take 3 tablets every day" so either of those would indicate to common sense that 5 is NOT the correct amount.I called and they said they would have the remaining 10 ready. Came back to pick those up... checked the bag at the register this time... and there were 17 in the bag.... what the heck!? Maybe I'm wrong... but I would think pharmacies have a process of checks and balances when it comes to pill counting and ensuring things are correct. Thankfully my medication isn't life or death but for some they are and this is super concerning. So if you do use this pharmacy... which I recommend you don't... make sure you have all of your medication before leaving. Cause their counting can't be trusted.
