I had a VERY HORRIBLE experience during my first ever dealing with this pharmacy!! I called first to see if they even had the med my son needs, because I cannot get it at my regular pharmacy. The women I spoke with that day said they did have it. Great, but I have to wait for a prior auth, ok fine. Then, I receive a recorded phone message saying his prescription would be ready on the 13th TODAY!!! I get there and they tell me it won't be ready until the 16th! When I asked to speak with someone about why I got the call telling me the 13th, the rudest lady tells me that MY phone number that I have had for more that 20years was associated with another person's account.....WTF!?! I told her that 2 people cannot have the same number and that I did receive the phone call. However, like with everything else, the patient is just out of luck I guess. What wonderful service ? ???

I’ve always had a great experience at this pharmacy after switching over from another grocery store. Always able to troubleshoot insurance errors. The customer service from Claire has been amazing! So kind amd helpful with my needs!

This is one of the worst pharmacies I've ever used and I just transferred all the stuff and my mom's somewhere else today because of it. They can't keep certain meds in stock and their way of knowing whether you'll get it that day at all is IF it happens to come in on the truck. They are completely unprofessional and I'll never go back.

Unlike many other chain pharmacies I do not get questioned about my prescriptions like a criminal. They always have my medications in stock and filled on time! The staff is always friendly and takes proper measures to ensure patient safety and gives any info needed on new meds. Highly recommended!
