For being a quick spot to get labs done, I was treated with the utmost respect as a patient! The front desk individual made friendly conversation about my schooling and how I’m doing with the online format due to COVID. She was so sweet and personal and wonderful! Then I went back to get my blood work done and I am NOT good with needles. The lady who took my blood was so friendly and understanding and was sure to make conversation to help decrease my anxiety. The entire staff was so friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience! I wish I had the names of the two specific ladies I worked with because they were so kind! They had multiple people ahead of me in their waiting room and I checked in, waited, and was done within less than 30 minutes! Great service! :) This is how healthcare workers should all be!
