I met (Krissy) at the check out 2x's. 1x for a return and she was very helpful extremely polite TY (Krissy - long hair dark , glasses). Continued back after shopping 1x
more and was happily directed to her line again. What a kinda and very attentive person she is for helping people respectfully & genuine as she does it. I hope she will be a regular at the store for a long time. Great service Krissy. Bay City Marshalls location.

Very nice Marshalls store that I have ever visited. The store is clean. The restrooms are also clean. Too many items and large selection. I saw the staff were helping other costumer is an excellent way. I would recommend to shop at this store

Lots of great buys but I find them to be seriously lacking in new choices for a plus sized woman. Looked thru lots of new items but none plus sized. Same old boring stuff as last few times. Was disappointed about that. Love the other department tho.

Can normally find some deals here. Did not find any on that day, it was a busy Saturday afternoon. At least 15 customers waiting in line to check out.

The girl at the dressing room wouldn't let me go in and help my four year old daughter to try on a dress because it was on the women's side. I asked if I could take her into a dressing room on men's side and was told I can't do that either. Kind of wild, probably not coming here again for anything like that.
