The self serve car wash bay took 10 dollars off my debit card and didn’t give me anything for it. Upon bringing it up to the old lady who worked the counter with one tooth, she said “welp, nothing I can do about it” and would not refund my money.

I had to stop working there because I had to have surgery and I tore my knee worse from working there and I was supposed to be paid $11.50 an hour and instead I get my check and it's 10:33 an hour and they said oh that's what we tell everybody but training pay is different which they never said when they hired me and when I was in training I guess the lotto was short and they took that out of my check as well when by law you can't do that so I wouldn't recommend working here

They screw over their people and do illegal things like not pay them full paychecks refuse to give them the rest and think it's ok. The district manager refuses to manage people and would rather hide and not talk to someone as well as never fully explain things to their employees and leave them in the dark.

Stopped to use the self serve car wash. The first bay i entered was clean, but it was missing the brush and the air dryer. Just hoses dangling that someone ripped the attachments off. I went one bay over hoping for working features. Everything appeared as it should. After depositing my quarters and began washing my car.... it stopped spraying all together. More than half of the soap options dont even work after playing with the dial trying to get anythingto come out. What a waste of money! The only thing that worked was the regular water pressure wand, no soap or anything.

If you're in a hurry trying to buy something then don't go there. Too many people hogging up the line for lotto. That's it.

Everyone that works there is really nice, I never have a problem with anyone who works there and they are polite and try to be helpful as much as possible.

Was using this touch less car wash for years but lately it has been useless. I have two prepaid (gas pump) washes that expired due to the facility being constantly broken. Was finally open/working this week and the machine stopped halfway through the process, leaving my truck covered in soap. When it worked in the past it was good… not anymore.

Was using this touch less car wash for years but lately it has been useless. I have two prepaid (gas pump) washes that expired due to the facility being constantly broken. Was finally open/working this week and the machine stopped halfway through the process, leaving my truck covered in soap. When it worked in the past it was good… not anymore.

Not really the best service, morning shift is rude and lazy. Stuff for coffee is often not filled or out. Not a very wide variety or selection of stuff.

Customer service is AWFUL, car wash is ALWAYS broken!!! Sat in line for a car wash for over 15min while they tried to get some poor lady's car out because she was stuck in there...the worker lady didnt say anything to the people in like like "Sorry for the inconvenience" "Unfortunately you'll have to come back"...etc....she just put a cone up and basically said FU to all the people that had been waiting. Wont be back.
