Drove about an hour look at an Escalade I really liked. Got there, looked at the car and after walking around 5 minutes a salesman got in a car 40 ft from me to move it, didn’t say a word, backed up and then honked at me because I was in the way. Couldn’t believe it. Could have been an opportunity to see if I needed help because I did but instead led to the loss of a sale. Decided to leave after that. No way I’m going in after that’s how I’m greeted no matter how much I like the car.

Very friendly & professional. Made an appt online a week prior to appt date. Dropped off vehicle 5 mins before scheduled appt time 8:10 am, but had to text & call the dealership at 2:30 pm because I had not heard anything. Ultimately could not find the problem (AC unit) because it had began working again prior to getting vehicle in. Manager did acknowledge the wait time (8 hrs) and extended an apology as well as no charge for diagnostics if/when the vehicle had to go back in for same issue. At least I was able to get a ride to/from dealership so I didn’t have to wait there.

Got Straight Ripped off. Car looked awesome. Seemed to run and drive good. 3 days after buying it i realized the oil pan had fresh caulk all over it. Now it's pouring oil out. Not to mention all the leaks that started popping up under the hood. Also all the lies I was told. This is the most evil company I've ever worked with. My family can't afford another car and still haven't finished paying for this one so we're screwed. Not that Labadie cares. They got paid. Austin was my dealer and he is not an honest person
