We had our Dr send in a refill yesterday. We came in to pick up today 45 minutes before closing, they said they don't have it. We get on the phone with our doctor who confirmed she sent it but will send again. Get back into line reach the counter at 5:00 and they said we have it but we just closed you'll have to get it in the morning. This is a drug for our child that ne needs to live a normal life. I would expect someone with some decency or some human kindness to help out in this situation. I can promise I will NEVER purchase any item from a Kroger ever again!

Piss poor place to go for your meds, your doctor may call in a refill but they fill it when convenient for them they act like there doing you a favor, buy spending money with them it's sad there isn't no small pharmacys anymore so walk all the way into Kroger store to be told they cant fill a 30 supply when it's been 31 days already so I go without for one n half days, because of when I picked up my last script the pharmacist can be quite rude,

Love the pharmacy staff at kroger! Always available for questions, and great at making sure things are filled and ready.

Good service but they do not take Tricare as a pharmacy payer.

We have had a very good experience with Kroger pharmacy for 6+ months. They have gone above and beyond. They are smaller than the other local pharmcies and we are treated like people, not a number. Much easier to request refills with their automated phone system compared to lengthy Covid & other vaccine narratives on other auto phone systems.

Even having my prescription called in a head of time and checking on it, I was told it would be ready NO LATER THAN 11:11 I came in at 11:30 to be told they are still filling it and it would be another 1 minutes. In other words they hadn’t even started to fill it.

Normally a 5 star but last week I placed order for a few scrips on the website for pickup layer that day, they were not ready for 5 days. China vaccine was reason given.

Selling out of date items, wife purchased taco shells that were out of date by a month, and were busted up. She sent Kroger a message but has yet to hear back. They used to be a good place to shop, now they aren’t worth walking through the door.

Love my Kroger but I was very irritated today when our cashier told my significant other to back up while he was putting our groceries on the belt for her to ring up. We were both wearing our masks properly, over our mouth AND nose, with the metal at the nose pinched tight (I’ve worked in the medical field for a total of 29 years in one capacity or another and know how to properly wear them). The cashier however had her nose completely exposed from her mask, as did our bagger and the bagger in the lane next to us. If she is so worried about contracting this virus, or perhaps following company policy, then maybe someone in management at Kroger should give the employees a refresher course as to the PROPER way to wear a mask. Otherwise she might just as well not wear one.

its usually my favorite store. quite disappointed that the store opens at 7 but only self scan open. I dont understand the logic if opening later, closing early and still have isles covered with stock carts. the purpose was to have stores clean and stocked. neither was done. i saw many senior citizens having difficulty with the self scan. the person supervising it spent more time trying to keep the 6 ft social barrier than customer service. then when she did help the elderly guy next to me she was not very conscious of his age ans difficulty. its hard right now everywhere but maybe management needs to rethink this locations practices.

Worker Zach Shaw is on Facebook being racist towards people who come to Kroger's which is inappropriate. I think Kroger's needs to make sure the workers are fit for the job nobody wants to come to a store when the worker is on Facebook saying racial stuff to people who shop there.

Kroger pharmacists are knowledgeable and take their time to answer your questions. Prices are cheaper than chain pharmacies on every corner. The customer service is excellent and the app has good features.
