I've been with John Shankool for over 20 years, the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Making a claim or changing coverage is easy and stress free! I really can't say enough good things about this group! I don't plan to ever change insurance companies or agents!

I've been with John Shankool since Bob Schmidt retired. I've had a couple of claims over the years and I have always been very satisfied with the service. John and his staff have done a great job for me.

Been with state farm and John shankool for over twenty years. Staff are all knowledgeable any friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for insurance.
